Divorce by agreement – The amicable divorce
When a marriage relationship ends, there are financial and family issues to resolve. In some instances the spouses are in agreement regarding the dissolution, division of assets and liabilities, and issues of custody, child support, spousal maintenance and more. If you and your partner are in agreement, you can save money, time, and maintain control over the process.
Handling your divorce on your own

Correcting these issues after-the-fact can be costly and time consuming.
